When we first created L’Aviva Skincare, our mission was simple: to help people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin through science-backed skincare and compassionate care. But over the years, we realized something even more powerful, healthy skin is about so much more than what you put on your face. It’s about how you live, how you nourish your body, how you manage stress, how you connect with others, and the habits that shape your everyday life.
That realization inspired the creation of L’Aviva Lifestyle.

Our dream for this podcast has always been bigger than simply sharing information. We wanted to create a community, a place where people who share the same mission can come together to learn, laugh, grow, and inspire one another. We are incredibly blessed to be surrounded by amazing family and friends, each with their own stories, experiences, and wisdom to share. Their passion, authenticity, and commitment to living healthy, meaningful lives have become the heartbeat of this project.
What has surprised us most has been just how much fun the journey has been. Setting up the studio, brainstorming topics, recording episodes, and watching ideas come to life has brought so much joy to all of us. Behind the scenes, we are fortunate to have an energetic, talented, and lively staff that has become more than coworkers, we’ve become family. There is always laughter, creativity, and excitement in the room, and that spirit shines through in every episode we create.
